Information you choose to share
The enquiry form collects your name, company, email address, optional telephone number, service interest, and project message. Please share only the information needed for an initial discussion, and avoid including confidential drawings or sensitive project documentation.
How the information is used
ETTS uses your enquiry to understand your requirements and contact you about the project. Enquiries are stored using Google Firebase. Public website visitors cannot read submitted enquiries.
External services
Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps open those services, which have their own privacy practices. Font files are served with the website. With your permission, Firebase Analytics measures page views, successful enquiry submissions and clicks on contact links. Analytics uses cookies; advertising features are disabled. Enquiry contents and contact details entered in the form are not sent as analytics event parameters. You can decline analytics or change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer.
